How do I book a shoot?
Click the CONTACT button below and submit a request. I will always get back to you as soon as humanly possible.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment is due at or before your appointment time. I accept PayPal or cash. Photos will not be available until your full payment is received.
What is your typical timeline?
36 - 48 hours - sometimes faster. A specific window of time to expect photo delivery will be discussed at the time of shoot. If rush processing is needed (additional $50 fee) it must be agreed upon when booking. High-Res images for print/media and Low-Res images for MLS will be linked and delivered to your email.
What payment methods are available?
I accept PayPal or cash. Photos will not be available until your full payment is received.
Do you offer licensing?
The license is for a single use, such as listing and marketing a home for sale, up to one year.
How is your editing done?
I personally edit all my photographs to ensure top quality images. My standard editing includes exposure, contrast, color adjustment, etc. Complex editing or retouching is not included in my standard pricing and is available on a case-by-case scenario. Please note: I will not remove any permanent fixtures or misrepresent the property in any way.
